Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to browsing pages, reading tutorials, and using download links on V2Ray Tutorial Hub. This is a static-content website; it does not offer account registration or require visitors to provide an email address. How the client software and download providers handle data is outside the scope of this policy.

1. Visit Data and Scope of Collection

When you visit a page, your browser sends necessary network requests to the site’s servers. The website and its hosting infrastructure may generate access logs that include request times, page paths, response status codes, IP addresses, browser details, and referrer pages. This data is used to deliver content, investigate unusual requests, and keep the service running. It is not information visitors have actively submitted as personal data.

This site uses analytics to understand how pages are read, which device types visitors use, and how download links are accessed, and to assess whether tutorials and navigation are clear. Analytics may record page views, referral categories, and choices such as platform selection. The results are used for aggregate analysis, not to build activity profiles within the client software.

This site does not ask you to upload subscription URLs, server configurations, passwords, or connection logs. Website analytics operate independently of client network connections. Providing tutorials or download links does not give this site automatic access to client configuration data. Do not include URLs containing personal credentials in page query parameters.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

The main content is static, and you do not need a login cookie to read tutorials. Analytics tools may use cookies or browser storage to recognize repeat visits or link activity within a single visit. Actual use depends on the records shown in your browser and the analytics settings enabled in the site’s deployment.

Your browser may cache pages, fonts, and images. Page states, such as platform selections, may also be saved in URL fragments. Caching and URL state serve different purposes from cookies, so clearing cookies may not remove cached files or browsing history.

You can review, restrict, or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or use the privacy controls your browser provides. Blocking analytics-related storage generally does not affect access to static page content, but may reduce analytics accuracy. After clearing data, you may need to select saved preferences again.

3. Download Sources and Third-Party Links

The download page provides links to client files. The deployment layer resolves file paths using a download manifest; installation packages are not stored in this site’s static page assets. After you click a download link, your request may pass through a download proxy or go to a file distribution service. Those services may log request information and handle it under their own service policies.

Third-party websites and file services have their own privacy policies, which are not replaced by this policy. Before leaving this site or running client software, review the relevant service and software documentation. Analytics on visits to download links do not mean this site can access usage data from software after installation.

4. How Information Is Used and Your Choices

Visit logs and analytics data are used only to maintain content, troubleshoot operations, and analyze usage. This site does not operate by selling visitors’ personal data. The infrastructure used to deliver pages and downloads may process data necessary to fulfill requests. Any processing required by law is limited to the applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods depend on deployment log policies and analytics settings; this page does not promise a fixed period that has not been verified. Visitors can manage local data through their browsers. For help with usage issues, see the FAQ or Quick Start Guide. Avoid sharing complete subscription links, passwords, or other personal information publicly.

5. Policy Updates and Scope

This policy will be revised if site features, analytics settings, or download services change. The month of the latest update will be shown on this page. Any material change to the scope of data processing will be explained when the relevant feature launches. Review this page again before using a download link or new feature.

This policy describes how information is handled at the website level; it does not guarantee absolute protection for network transmissions, browser environments, or third-party services. For client features and instructions, refer to the tutorials on this site and the software’s actual interface. For the terms that apply to use of this site, see the Terms of Service.
