Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to access to and use of the pages, tutorials, and client download links on V2Ray Tutorial Hub. Please read them before using this content. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant services. These terms do not replace third-party software licenses or limit any rights granted to you by law.
1. Content and scope
This site provides download guidance for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG, along with technical information on importing subscriptions, choosing protocols, and Routing. Content is for educational and informational purposes only. This site is not the developer of these open-source projects, and discussing the software does not mean we make commitments on behalf of their maintainers.
Tutorials are based on the software features and common environments described. Client versions, core capabilities, system permissions, and interface labels may change, so verify each step against your actual environment. Example fields explain configuration relationships; they are not ready-to-use connection services. This site does not provide subscription accounts or node credentials, or guarantee network availability.
2. Lawful use and user responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction affected by your use, as well as reasonable use policies set by your organization, network administrator, and service providers. Do not use this site's content or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, privacy violations, or distributing illegal content.
Before use, confirm that you have permission to use the device, network, and configuration. Keep subscription URLs, passwords, and other credentials secure; do not post them publicly or share them with untrusted conversion services. Assess whether configuration sources are trustworthy, and take responsibility for the services you choose, your access activity, and anything you share.
Changing system proxy, DNS, or TUN settings may affect other apps. Save your existing configuration and learn how to disable and restore these settings before making changes. If something goes wrong, stop the affected connection and avoid making broader changes until you understand the cause.
3. Third-party software and disclaimers
The relevant clients and cores are provided by their respective open-source projects, which determine their features, maintenance schedules, and license terms. This site organizes information and provides download guidance; it does not control third-party software, subscription service quality, or network connection results. Before choosing, installing, or running software, consider system compatibility and your needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site does not guarantee that its content will remain accurate, that pages will always be available, that download links will remain active, or that software will suit a particular purpose. We make no warranty and accept no liability for connection interruptions, data loss, or other harm caused by software defects, configuration errors, changes to third-party services, or similar issues.
Back up your configuration and essential data before making significant changes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any liability the site is required by law to bear will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Intellectual property and open-source licenses
The names, logos, and software of v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and other projects belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of open-source software are subject to the license included with the relevant version. This site's explanations do not replace the license text or grant additional software rights.
Original text and page designs on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When quoting them, credit the source, do not misrepresent the original meaning, and do not imply official authorization from this site or any software project. Obtain the necessary permission before republishing entire articles or using them in commercial publications, except where permitted by law.
5. Changes to these terms and help
These terms may be revised to reflect content or service changes or legal requirements. The revised text will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Changes take effect as stated in the notice or, if no effective date is specified, when published. No change will retroactively remove rights granted to users by law.
Review the current terms before use. For questions, start with the FAQ; for installation and setup, see the Quick Start Guide. When reporting an issue, include the client, operating system, and symptoms. Never include subscription URLs, passwords, or other sensitive information in public feedback.
